Furnished condo with three bedrooms and four bathrooms at the Residences at Greenbelt Laguna Tower 32F that is 187 square meters (2013 square feet), plus a balcony facing Manila Bay which is an additional 9 square meters or 96.88 square feet of space. It is centrally located in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. There are three bedroom ensuites plus a helper's quarters ensuite. There is also a bathroom close to the living room. That would be a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Since it is a corner unit on the 32nd floor, you'll be able to enjoy the view from the balcony that faces Manila Bay and Esperanza Street. The residents have a private walkway to Greenbelt Mall. If it is raining, you'll be able to walk from the condo to Greenbelt Mall, Landmark, Glorietta, ShoeMart and Ayala without getting wet.
We used an interior decorator (Karen Maximo-Fernandez) for the condo. The largest bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen/full sized beds. The third bedroom has a queen/full sized bed and a bean bag chair that converts to a full-sized bed. The living room has a couch, table, and entertainment system. The dining room table set seats 6 people. The kitchen comes with a stove, refrigerator freezer, toaster oven and microwave. There are three televisions that are table/wall mounted. There is a dvd player and a speaker system per television . There is also a new washer and dryer in the helper's room. We have 2 parking spaces, but we would like to keep one of the parking spaces.
We would prefer to continue having non-smoking tenants.

I am basically posting the following just to make it easier for guests who will be going to The Residences at Greenbelt. This might hopefully persuade you in leasing the condo. There are numerous restaurants nearby, but I'm only suggesting restaurants that I have eaten at or places that I have gone to.

Exchanging U.S. Dollars to Philippine Pesos:
Sanry's Money Changer - Greenbelt 1 - I noticed that the other money exchange companies had the same rate as Sanry's, but you could check around at the 2 other money exchange companies that are also in Greenbelt 1. One of the companies ask for your identification. I prefer not giving my personal information to them. Hence, I avoided exchanging money with them. They say it's best to exchange your money on Friday or Saturday in the morning or late in the afternoon. I think it is just hit or miss. I exchange my money as I need it, but I check the exchange rates on a daily basis just in case it is better than the usual rates that I had been seeing. That is when I exchange more than the usual.

Greenhills - Swap Meet Style (Don't forget to haggle. Speak tagalog if you can.) Numerous stores sell the same item. Check different stores, and you'll more than likely find someone that has a better price than the first place you asked. If they see a foreigner, the price is usually higher than the locals. I keep my husband away from me, when I'm shopping here. When he likes something, he asks them what the price is. Later he'll let me know what he wanted, and I always get a better price than him.
